threadhopping/threadjacking: Depends, really. If I make a post and don't put a general 'threadjacking free-for-all' note on it, it tends to make me a little uncomfortable. If I make a post and do put a notice up like that? Then have at it. If a thread I'm in on someone else's post is being jacked, I'd ask that you ask that player first to make sure he or she is okay with it.
